Springhill Suites Oklahoma City Moore

Liz helped me over the phone after I accidentally booked the wrong night, and Leslie made check-in easy. She was polite and helpful, and noticed I had a laptop, so she made sure I had the Wi-Fi details before I went to my room. The room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was great. The hotel is easy to find right off I-35, with plenty of free parking and gas stations and fast food nearby for getting back on the road. We stayed one night while passing through on a road trip, and we'll be back next time we're in the area.

The kitchen setup was great, with a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, flatware, and cooking utensils. I liked having a comfy living room where I could eat on the sofa, and the bed was comfortable too. I just wish the water pressure were better and the shower curtains newer and a bit wider. With even a small gap, water ends up on the floor behind the toilet.

The hotel was very clean, and Lizz, our clerk, made the stay especially good. She was knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth. I enjoyed my visit. Thank you!

I've stayed in plenty of hotels and motels, mostly Marriotts, and this was my worst experience in a long time. I expect at least exceptional service from these places, even if excellence isn't realistic, and this didn't come close. The area wasn't great, and our room was by the ice machine and employee area. People shouted and laughed down the hallway through the night, the ice machine scraped, and I heard shouting for help and disputes. The room seemed nice until it got dark, when the short blackout curtain left a gap at the wall and the room was as bright as 9am. The bathroom had severe water damage, and the light was baffling. I didn't get any rest. The pillows were nice, though.
