There was no pool or breakfast, and the back door was still broken and left unlocked. The rooms were overpriced and dirty, with cobwebs, sticky surfaces, and sheets that looked like this when I pulled back the covers. Reviews suggest these problems have been going on for over a year, even though state restrictions were lifted a while ago. Staff need to actually fix things instead of making excuses, or lower the prices. I don't recommend staying here.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and some have a fridge and microwave. We came as a big group and the friendly, accommodating staff made us feel at home. It's a little far from the town center, though right beside I35, which may suit some people.

We rented the party room for a birthday. The room and pool area were clean, and the service was good. There isn't much room for food, drinks, or paper goods and utensils, so a long table would help, maybe in place of the dresser.

The pool had way too much Chlorine, and there were dirty bandages in it. We also had no television, which was a problem with three kids. I called twice to check that a room was available, but nobody mentioned the cable had been out for days. The back door was broken too. The manager said it had been that way since winter, so there was no security, which felt scary with a state prison across the street. I thought the price was high, and a $10 discount was ridiculous. I wasn't impressed, and it definitely wasn't worth the money.
