We were traveling as a family of four and agreed at check-in to take a king room with a pullout. I specifically asked about linens and was told they were available. At bedtime, there were no pillows or bedding for the sofa. The desk initially said there were no pillows left and offered only a loose sheet and an uncovered blanket; after some discussion, they found two pillows from another room. The renovation looks recent, but the work seems poorly done, and our bedroom doorknob was coming loose along with other problems. I also booked with rewards and was charged $25 plus tax without explanation. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is close to the highway. The room itself felt like a two-star place at best: old, worn furnishings, stained shower, and bathroom corners that needed a proper cleaning. The beds were comfortable, but I'd choose a newer hotel.

They offer discounts to AARP members, government employees, and active-duty military, but apparently not to disabled veterans, who have to pay full price. I think they should consider offering disabled vets a discount too.

We checked in for one night at what was supposed to be a prestigious hotel. The room was filthy, with mold, cockroaches on the counter, blood spots on the sheets, a stained carpet, patchy paint, holes in the wall, a broken curtain, and a distorted TV picture. It's a shame this is a Holiday Inn Express. The place is unsanitary and should be closed immediately.
