Delta Hotels by Marriott Raleigh-Durham at Research Triangle Park

The people here made the stay stand out. Everyone was kind and attentive, and Martice was especially thoughtful from the moment we checked in, greeting us with a smile and helping with what we needed. Later, I saw him care for a guest having a medical emergency in the lobby. The hotel is lucky to have him. The property itself was clean and spacious.

I left a personal item in my room after checkout and called several times asking the hotel to check and call me back. I never heard from anyone. Ava and Natasha said they had no record of my earlier calls, nothing had been turned in to Lost and Found, and they would NOT check the room. Oscar, the Manager, said he’d look into it, but I still got no follow-up. I’m disappointed the item wasn’t found, but the lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism was just as frustrating. I expected better based on my past stays at Marriott properties. I hope Marriott Bonvoy addresses this with the property team so other guests don’t have the same experience. I don’t plan to return or recommend this hotel.

The location near RTP worked well for both business and leisure, and I’d stay here again. The hotel feels modern, clean, and comfortable, with nicely equipped rooms and a welcoming atmosphere. Check-in and the rest of the stay went smoothly thanks to the friendly, attentive staff.

I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about an acquired chain, but this place turned out great. The room was huge, it was quiet and I slept well. The service was excellent, and free parking and the pantry were handy. I’d definitely stay again.
