The room was very clean, and for a little over $50 a night it felt like a steal. I booked a standard non-smoking king room, so the lack of shampoo, a microwave, and a refrigerator was probably on me for not booking deluxe. We had plenty of parking for our truck and small trailer, and the lot was well lit enough that we weren’t worried about anyone messing with them. There was plenty of grass for walking our dog, and the TV had lots of choices. Coffee was available in the lobby, though there were no muffins, donuts, or anything like that. They had a lobby microwave, a clean coin-operated washer and dryer, and an ice machine in the vending area. The machines had pop, candy, and chips at reasonable prices, and took coins, credit cards, or dollar bills, so exact change wasn’t a concern. The location was very good, with easy access to 75. It looked a little dicey when we first pulled in, but once we walked through the doors, everything was perfect.

The front desk girl was warm and helpful, and her guidance made everything go smoothly for us. I stayed in room 202, which was clean and comfortable, and I slept really well. We had a long drive ahead, so getting proper rest helped us travel safely. I appreciated the service and hospitality.

Kay Mala was courteous and made us feel at ease. Our newly renovated room was very clean, and we slept well. We also enjoyed a fresh cup of coffee the next morning.

The employees were very unprofessional, and the room prices are crazy when there’s no fridge or microwave in the room. To get those, you’re required to pay $140 a month on top of the room cost. It’s loud most of the time, with people overdosing in the parking lot and in the rooms, and the police are constantly around. There are false claims being made about people reported by hotel affiliates, guest privacy is being broken, and there’s collusion going on. This place is a joke.

The back parking lot had been neglected and was covered by a solid sheet of ice when we arrived. The website listed amenities that weren’t provided, except for the ironing board and iron. It also didn’t mention the $100 refundable deposit. We were so disappointed that we stayed just one night and left as early as we could.
