My prepaid reservation turned into a mess at check-in. When I explained that I had a reservation and showed that it was already paid, the desk clerk mocked me and insisted on entering me as a walk-in. They put me in a room at the back that was disgusting as well as inconvenient. Watch the video.

We had a very good time here. The people were great, and it was a very good motel. Thank you.

Everything was quiet during the few nights my girlfriend and I stayed, and there are lots of places within walking distance. Manager Brandy was patient, delightful, and clearly passionate about her work. She did what she could to accommodate us, and the housekeepers were kind and helpful. A decent hotel with great service. We'll come back.

Don't stay here. We paid $100 a night and this was the trashiest hotel I've ever been in. We booked a double room from Friday to Monday, but there were no small towels. The desk clerk insisted every room had them and refused to give us any, basically accusing our family of four of stealing towels. When I asked a housekeeper two rooms away to vacuum, she told me I could take the vacuum and do it myself. It was 40 degrees outside and our heater didn't work. The front desk wouldn't give us another room or even check the problem. The toilet wouldn't flush either, but we didn't bother telling them because we figured they wouldn't try to fix it. They could not care less. We had all these problems at one hotel, which isn't usual for us, and they still refused to refund us. I've taken pictures of everything and will be calling the board of health ASAP.
