Hampton Inn & Suites Morgantown Univ. Town Centre

I've always been treated warmly here, and the staff have gone above and beyond whenever I've needed something. The rooms are clean every time, the beds are roomy and comfortable, and the showers have lots of space. I love the waffle maker, though I'd like to see scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon links, and some less heavily spiced potato options more often instead of the same potatoes every day. I keep coming back every week and love this place.

There was water damage on the ceiling in our room, but otherwise everything was perfect. The place was very clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate.

After staying here for more than two weeks, I came back from work and couldn't get into my room. The night clerk said he needed a card to pay for it through CLC, even though we use Crew Fax. We went back and forth for an hour before he called the manager, who said she'd contact me. The next day my office spoke with the assistant manager, who confirmed they had our Crew Fax in two emails. I left messages asking the manager to call, but she never got in touch. I've never had a hotel manager fail to contact me about an issue like this. Brittany, you can reply to a negative comment, but couldn't call after I left messages. That's fine, no need to respond now.

The room was a good size and clean, and service was quick and friendly. Breakfast tasted good, and the location is convenient to WVU and lots of restaurants. No complaints.
