Quality Inn & Suites Silicon Valley

I appreciate that the incidental deposit is only $50, while other places charge $150-$200. When nothing happens, it comes back promptly and without hassle, unlike places where I’ve waited up to 10 days. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the appliances work, and it’s quiet and reasonably priced. Breakfast is served daily and is nutritious. Staff are professional and responsive. If you want a fair deal, this is a good place to stay.

The motel feels more like a two-star place, maybe 2.5, but it works for me as a traveler. The sheets were clean, showers hot, and it was quiet. Breakfast was a great intercontinental spread each day. I should add that the staff were okay, though the Indian people made it feel like they were doing me a favor. I’ve stayed in better and worse places, and I’m not fussy. All in all, it’s okay.

The value was amazing, and I’d absolutely recommend it. We booked the two-king suite for our first stay and were surprised by the size, it had two rooms and felt very family friendly. Breakfast seems to be grab-and-go right now, so I used the big kitchen to microwave my own food. The microwave was dated, so I’d bring a small air fryer next time. There isn’t much to watch on the TV either, so pack a Fire Stick. We can see ourselves coming back every time we visit.

I had a good stay and plan to return. Raul welcomed us warmly, found me a really nice room, and his tips about the city made the trip more comfortable and interesting. Ariana was amazing too. I’m giving five stars because of the hospitality from those two. One issue was being charged a deposit over dirty towels and a cover linen with blood that accidentally got on the bed. The other two reception staff weren’t much help when I asked for something, and sent me straight to Raul, the main brain at the front desk.
