We pass through Morgantown several times a year and have often spent more elsewhere for less. This hotel is comfortable, well located, and reasonably priced, so we'll return. Our room was very clean, with a blackout curtain, HD TV, Keurig, and both firm and soft pillow choices. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with all the accessories. The free breakfast had a wider selection and better quality than we usually find in hotels, and the attendant kept everything stocked.

We'd stay here again. The rooms had everything we needed, including bathroom safety bars, and there are lots of nearby food options. The entrance signs could be clearer. Breakfast was missing cups and lids, perhaps because it had been busy earlier, so we went somewhere else.

I was due to stay from Nov. 28 through the 30th, but woke up with bedbug bites and left around midnight. The night front desk woman was understanding and helpful. She came to our room, took a picture, and removed the bug. She said it was a baby, so if there was one baby there were probably more. The hotel still charged me the full price, and even with itch cream, the bites were awful. I still can't sleep well.

The staff were friendly, the service and food were good, and things were clean, though the rugs need replacing. Breakfast was good and the TV worked well. The phone and drapes didn't work. The bathrooms also aren't truly accessible for someone with a disability, and grab bars are needed in important places.

The staff were excellent, and they neatly packed my two shirts in a dry cleaning bag on my hangers. I'd driven for an hour after checking out before I noticed I'd left them in the closet. I called to ask if they could hold them until I got home in six days, and they were ready for me when I returned. Great hotel and facilities.
