The rooms are huge, more like suites than standard rooms. You enter into a living area, then the bathroom is in the middle, with the bedroom at the far end. They’re a bit dated, but a sign in the elevator said they’ll be updated in 2026. The lobby and common spaces were beautifully decorated, with lovely furniture and ambiance.

The best thing is how close the hotel is to the hospital, right behind it. I stay here at least once a month while I’m receiving chemo, and the customer service has always been the best. They’ve all been great. Breakfast is offered and usually includes waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, juice, fruit, yogurt, bagels, and more.

Breakfast was pretty grim. The only choices besides “biscuits and gravy,” which looked too scary to try, were pastries and bagels wrapped in plastic. The Wi-Fi was very slow or didn’t work at all. I told the front desk, and they were nice about it, but couldn’t improve the internet service.

Karen was especially great. She remembered me at check-in from a call I’d made to the hotel the day before, and she has great customer service skills. The hotel is pretty, the location feels safe, and it’s nice and quiet.

Both times we’ve been to Morgantown for business, Euro-Suites has been our first choice. The location is great, the staff are awesome about both service and cleanliness, and the price is very fair.
