We were very pleased with the location, the price, and especially the staff. Everyone was wonderful. Breakfast went beyond the usual continental spread, with eggs, sausage, sausage gravy, and the regular options. Our only complaint was the TV. It had a limited channel selection and only analog channels, no digital.

As a last-minute choice for our unplanned stay, this hotel worked out okay, and we don’t regret picking it. The staff were great, especially Madi, who was kind and helpful. We did have two problems. The AC never cooled the room properly, even set to the lowest temperature with the fan on high, and we were sweating all night. We were told breakfast ran until 10, but when we came down at 9:30 there was no breakfast being served.

My husband and I both woke up with bed bug bites after staying on the fourth floor for one night on 2/19, when we were in town for my son’s state swim tournament. We didn’t realize what they were until the next night. We don’t own pets. Don’t let the low price and rooms that look clean fool you.

My parents were here for a few days for medical reasons, and they weren’t given fresh towels or had their trash taken out. My dad asked for both around 1 p.m. We went to eat and came back around 3 or 4, then I called to ask when it would be done. They said later. By 9 p.m., it still hadn’t happened. When I called again, they told me to come downstairs for trash bags and towels myself. Definitely won’t be back.

The stay was easy from start to finish, with quick check-in and check-out. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The location was close to everything. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would stay again.
