We left after about five minutes because the room and hallway were awful. The hall smelled horrific, there was graffiti on the elevator, and the blankets had stains. My wife and I told them we weren't staying, but they didn't refund the $100 incidental hold. I expected no refund for the stay, but keeping that hold too felt unprofessional and unacceptable. I hope others find somewhere better.

Handy spot, with restaurants and shops easy to reach on foot. The bed was comfortable, and it worked fine for a quick stop. There were a few cleanliness issues, though nothing major. No frills, but decent.

The manager is really friendly, and the staff are professional. I've been coming here for over a year, and it's consistently quiet, clean, and comfortable. Whenever I'm in the area, this is where I stay. I'd recommend it to anyone.

We came back to find our key wouldn't work, and got stuck there as the snow was getting worse. They wouldn't refund us so we could get back on the road. A very bad place, and they're from the Middle East. Not recommended.

At $74 a night, I was glad to find an option that didn't cost $100 or more. The place was a bit lackluster, with some stains on the chairs in my room, but I knew I was paying less than the alternatives and got what I paid for.
