The staff were nice, and the location was great, with food and groceries nearby. But the room hadn't been cleaned well: there was trash left by the previous guest and other areas were dirty. Another guest complained to housekeeping too, so mine wasn't the only room like that. The bed and pillows were just meh.

The room was spacious and spotless, and the front desk attendant was friendly and efficient. This Hampton Inn has its own character, from the cheerful gas fireplace that greeted us in the lobby on a cool evening to the row of vaguely Greek-style columns along the central hallway.

Hilton has a standard, and they try to do better than the rest. Breakfast is never the best, but I think they've got everything else under wraps. Shoot, I spend more time in hotels than at home anymore. Thanks, Hilton, for making travelers feel like they're in their own bed. But stop lying, y'all don't have a hot tub lol.

The breakfast was simple but filling, and the rooms were clean with great prices. Donna was absolutely amazing, and the staff were great. I'll definitely come back.
