The place feels lovely, and the Grace Park team has made us feel part of the community. From applying in December onward, everyone has been kind, quick to respond, and professional. Heather leads with clarity and compassion, while Dania is warm whenever we have questions. Josh and Eduardo in maintenance handle every request efficiently and with a smile. They’re prompt, respectful, and clearly care about residents. That mix of competence and humanity is rare. We’re grateful to be here. Thank you 🫶🏻

The spacious rooms, high ceilings, and strategic location are big reasons Grace Park has worked so well for my family and me. Rents are also very reasonable compared with nearby apartments, and having lifts in all the buildings is a big plus. After more than three years here, I can say choosing Grace Park was the best decision I made for us. The leasing office and support staff are friendly and available, and issues I report are taken care of right away. I recommend it to people moving to Morrisville or looking for a place that depends less on having a car.

Being close to everything is a great part of living here for my wife and me. The office support makes it even better. Heather and Dania are easy to reach by phone or online, and they answer our questions with care and confidence. I highly recommend this complex.

Everything we need is within walking distance, and the community is in a great location. It’s also a nice, well-maintained place. Heather and Dania in the office are always great, and Joshua and Eduardo from maintenance are wonderful people.
