The staff were very nice, but I wouldn’t book here again. The room had visible water damage in several spots, which makes me wonder if there might be mold behind it. The paintwork was rough too, with three or four different colors visible where the ceiling meets the walls from years of repainting. My view was the wooded strip between the hotel and the Extended Stay next door, full of trash and debris. Breakfast wasn’t good. If a bagel, waffle or yogurt isn’t enough, I’d go next door to Cracker Barrel. I’m a Bonvoy member, and this was one of my more disappointing bookings in quite a while. The TV remote wouldn’t let me stream Netflix, so that feature was useless. I did like the single use shoe shine kit, though, a nice touch. The stay has me questioning whether I’ll come back to a Fairfield.
10/10
It’s one of the cleanest, best kept hotels I’ve stayed in, even compared with much more expensive places. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and breakfast is included and good, though what’s offered changes by day. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including Bojangles, Mexican, Cracker Barrel and Hooters. They have a shuttle, and you can hear airplanes, as you’d expect at an airport hotel.
8/10
Our beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and we slept well. We ended up needing an unplanned stay after a mechanical problem with our plane, and Katie at the front desk was gracious and professional. She did her best to help us get a good rate and late checkout. Thanks, Katie!

The general manager is great and really helpful. Our room was spacious and very clean. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

The front desk attendant was so kind, and check-in was quick. It was clean and quiet, and really close to the airport.
