We picked this hotel because it was close to the airport and offered a shuttle for our early flight. At check-in, I asked about the 5:30am shuttle and was told it ran then and every half hour. Nobody mentioned reservations, which we would have happily made, or that we might not get a seat. When my husband and I came down at 5:15 the next morning, we learned that both the 5:30 and 6am shuttles were full and reservations were required. We had to call a Lyft to make our flight. Afterward, I emailed the hotel about the poor communication and asked if they’d reimburse the Lyft fare as a small gesture for the stress and confusion. Dawna, the hotel’s GM, responded dismissively. She said staff “did not recall” the conversation, even though they remembered my arrival “vividly,” and pointed to signs instead of recognizing that guests reasonably trust what staff tell them. Her reply never acknowledged the oversight. The lack of accountability left a terrible impression, and we won’t return. If something goes wrong here, management may not take responsibility or try to find a reasonable solution.

Noon checkout was a big plus for me. I didn’t feel pushed out early in the morning, and the hotel is conveniently near the airport. I’ll book here again if I’m in the area. The rooms are roomy compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at, and mine had both a fridge and microwave, which meant I could heat up leftovers. There was also an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and everything else I needed. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the AC was blasting, which I love. I have it set to 73 now, even though I usually set it to 69. Both front desk ladies I dealt with were really sweet and helpful. My one small gripe is that the walls are thin. I could hear the neighbors opening their bathroom door, walking in, and turning on the light. Still, I’d stay here again.

We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was good. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and although this airport location is a little farther away than their other ones, the shuttle ride is still short.

Being so close to the airport means you can watch plenty of planes, but thankfully you can’t hear them inside. The service was great and there was coffee in the lobby. My only complaint is that the room had two full-size beds for four people.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the airport shuttle made getting there convenient. The exercise room has just been remodeled and they did a really good job with it, which mattered to me. I’d definitely recommend this place.
