The location is convenient for getting around the Triangle, and the beds are comfortable. Still, check the comforters for stains. A little more attention to detail would help: the Chromecast in our room didn't work, and the pots weren't usable. The gym also gets very warm when it's hot outside. Parking was the biggest frustration. The hotel charges for it even though this isn't a busy area where paid parking seems necessary, and staff gave us mixed information about whether we had to pay and what it would cost. Apparently, guests with high-tier status always get validation codes. I haven't paid for parking on previous stays despite not being a high-tier member, but this time I was charged after checkout. I can't explain what was different, and that unpredictability bothers me.

I had a comfortable night in a clean, roomy, well-kept room, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was the opposite, and left me unwilling to stay here again. The coffee was lukewarm, the oranges were spoiled, and the grits smelled strange. Staff were loudly chatting at the tables. One person who seemed to supervise the area kept touching things and coughing without a mask. It felt unhygienic and concerning, ruined my appetite, and made the place feel unsafe. This was my first stay at Hyatt House Raleigh-Durham. I'm sharing this so management takes the breakfast service's quality and hygiene seriously and improves it for future guests. Have a nice trip!

Check-in was easy, and the staff were super friendly, always wishing me a great day. The location was convenient, though there was a little outside noise. That wasn't the hotel's fault. It was a decent, standard hotel, but our room, 423, could use some work. The toilet kept filling because it was broken, and the loose seat nearly slid out from under me when I shifted. The pool was closed, and the website hadn't mentioned that.

We came for a concert at the Lenovo Center, and the staff managed to get us an early check-in after our early-morning flight. That was much appreciated. As always, Hyatt House exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean. My teen daughter especially loved the Belgian waffle maker and little Nutella packets at breakfast. It's the little things. Thank you!
