The managers were so nice and efficient, and the service throughout my stay was top-notch. They really went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had an outstanding visit and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a welcoming place with great service.

I didn’t make the booking myself, so I can only speak to the stay, but the photos made the room look much nicer than what we got. Our street-level room had a great view, though anyone outside could see right into the bedroom. There were problems all over the place: a hole behind the plate under the TV, a stained-looking patch on the kitchen floor, dirty sink fixtures, and questionable-looking dishes and utensils. No hangers in the closet, pilled bedspreads, and worn sofa fabric on uncomfortable living room furniture. The walls were so thin we could hear people next door and above us. Some of the lights didn’t work properly. One switch turned a light on when flipped off, and the reading lamp flickered constantly, so it wasn’t much use. The toilet seat cover had a hole, there was grout overflowing between the shower pieces, and there was soap around the dispenser before we’d used the bathroom. I’m so disappointed, and I wasn’t even the one who booked this for us.

The place and rooms were clean, and everyone we spoke with was polite. Water pressure was low, though I can’t put all of that on the local staff. What really bothered us was being put next to an employee who lives on site. Their kids were awake most of the nights we were there, and with the super thin walls, we barely slept. We raised this with VRBO on the first night and got no reply. One night, someone kept shaking our door handle like they were trying to get in. We reported that through VRBO messaging too, and again heard nothing back. I’d also suggest staff smoke out back instead of at the front of the property, and that staff housing be kept farther from paying guests. Kids are kids, but it felt like they were up all night while we were trying to sleep.

What a nightmare. I haven't had a hotel stay this bad in years. The room was filthy when we arrived, with hair in the bed, old worn blankets, and stains and children's beads all over the floor. It clearly hadn't been vacuumed. We asked for fresh sheets and waited a long time before we could feel even somewhat comfortable. This place felt dirty and unprofessional. Avoid it.
