Holiday Inn Express & Suites Morrow Atlanta South by IHG

The cleanliness of this new location and the staff, especially Jasmine, left me really pleased. I stayed over the weekend during the ice storm warning, and the breakfast bar was a definite highlight. I could see using this as an in-town getaway when I need some quiet from home.

I needed information about the hotel's accessibility, since the online details didn’t answer my questions. The young woman helping me was really useful and gave me all the answers I needed. I understand it takes time for a new business to fully update its online information. The accessibility I needed was already booked, but I’ll definitely come back.

Axel was especially good with customers and consistently provided great service. My experience at the hotel was great in large part thanks to him. The rest of the staff came across as very unprofessional and not courteous, particularly the breakfast team. One young woman was rude to me about how much food and how many condiments I took from the complimentary breakfast. I’d like to stay again if the rest of the staff showed the same professionalism Axel showed me as an IHG member.

After a long drive, I arrived to use the restroom and accidentally woke the employee by the door, who appeared to have been napping. She greeted me with obvious attitude and responded in an irritated, dismissive way. That lack of professionalism left me with a poor impression of the business.
