The EV charging is free, with four Tesla Home/Destination chargers. They don't appear in the Tesla App. For non-Tesla vehicles, you need a NACS to J1772 Level 2 adapter. A NACS to CCS Supercharger adapter won't work. Inside, the lobby is beautiful, the bathrooms are large, and there's a small indoor pool at a good temperature. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with fresh towels, a microwave, refrigerator and work desk. Everything seemed well maintained, and the staff were very supportive.

The pool and big gym are nice amenities, and breakfast is good. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are excellent. You can tell they care. We have had problems during stays, but they were fixed quickly and to our satisfaction, so I'm not just praising them blindly. As someone who uses a wheelchair, travel comes with extra complications. I can be comfortable here, and those challenges feel much smaller than at other hotels. I've stayed several times and will keep coming back whenever I need a hotel in the area.

It's a clean, quiet property that meets the Fairfield standard, with good housekeeping and a friendly front desk. It's close to the lake and downtown restaurants and activities, though not right in the middle of them.
