Thank you personally for calling 911 and saving my brother's life on 4/28/26. He had a widowmaker heart attack, the most fatal kind, but he's doing well and is expected to make a full recovery. The shower barely worked and there was hardly any hot water. The place is very old and outdated, and people were smoking marijuana as we pulled up. They need to remodel and replace all the carpet with tile or laminate to make it more current and clean. Thank goodness it was only one night. We'll never stay there again.

The first room was awful, like something from a trap house horror movie. I'm not picky, but there were dirty boxers under the bed and garbage around. It looked as if nobody had cleaned it, and I'm still in shock. My kids still talk about it. The woman did move us to another room. Even with the small discount from booking online with concert tickets, it was overpriced for the area, and there wasn't even a microwave in the room. I've never experienced a hotel room like that. I'd never recommend it or stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The man who checked us in was friendly and pleasant, and even offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee.
