If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the most deplorable, disgusting and unsafe place I've ever seen. The police are there all the time, and people are living there. They wouldn't give me a refund either. Pics to come. Shame on this place. Awful, awful, awful!

I've been coming to this hotel for years. It's a great place to enjoy yourself, with a lake view, boat launch, outdoor barbecues and kind staff.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I got a good night's sleep. There's also a nice outdoor area with a picnic table. Thanks.

The first two-night stay was great. The bed was comfortable and there was a shower/tub combo. A couple of outlets didn't work, but that was the only issue. I switched to a one-week stay, and things went downhill. I was moved from an upstairs room to a downstairs one, which I'd originally preferred. I didn't mind that it was smaller, but the problems were awful. The AC didn't work. I told three different people on three separate occasions, and it was never fixed. The bathroom window wouldn't lock, the shower seemed made for a child, with the head right between my shoulder blades, and the mattress was so old it had a permanent dip at the head. I had to sleep sideways to get comfortable. After getting my new place, I asked whether I could get reimbursed if I checked out a few days early. They told me they wouldn't refund me for leaving early. A night or two is fine, but I wouldn't recommend staying longer.

The room was clean and comfortable, and Jesse was really kind when he checked us in. He even let my driver get in early. My driver had been on the road all night after a General Freight drop-off and urgently needed some rest. Thanks, Jesse.
