Hilton Garden Inn Manassas

Breakfast was decent, but it could be better and have more variety. Everything else made for a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn: the room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The front desk team were professional, friendly, and helpful throughout. They made check-in and check-out easy and were happy to answer questions. I'd definitely stay here again.

The food deserves a special mention: the Magnolia chef served excellent quality and variety, and many of our guests appreciated the meal. Our son's wedding took place at the Hilton Garden Inn and Magnolia Banquet Hall in Manassas, Virginia, and we were pleased with the venue. The events over the two-day celebration ran smoothly and professionally. Staff at both locations were courteous, attentive, and readily available. We'd recommend them for similar events.

I booked directly through the Hilton website for a work trip, and when I was across the street at a restaurant, the hotel called to say there was a problem with my room and it wasn't available. Basically, they had given it away. The woman said they'd tried to reach me, but I had no missed calls, voicemail, or emails. She kept asking whether I wanted to cancel. I asked her to help find another room since I travel for work and try to stay with Hilton, but she offered no help and said she couldn't assist. Then Hilton emailed me saying “Late Cancelation” and that I could be charged a late cancellation fee. They gave my room away, and now I'm being threatened with a fee. I realized why she'd kept asking me to cancel: so the blame could be put on me instead of the hotel. Classy. Now no one answers the phone. Super convenient. Don't trust this location!

The rooms are spacious, nice, and clean, but you can hear every little thing through the walls. Expect stomping, running, screaming, and conversations going on for hours late into the night, with nobody doing anything about it. If you want to get no rest after traveling and need a calm, peaceful place to sleep, save yourself the money and don't stay here.
