Quality Inn Moses Lake

The room wasn't clean, the food was bad, and the customer service was terrible. If you ask for soap, towels, or anything else, they'll just say okay and leave it at that. I don't recommend this place at all. If you want to enjoy your vacation, stay away.

I got there after midnight, exhausted from driving, for what was supposed to be a quick overnight nap on the way to Idaho. The front desk service gets two stars, but I didn't sleep well. It was 38 degrees outside, and the room's cold air was blasting. The blankets were very thin, and the main one smelled like it had never been washed. I was too tired to go back to my car for my own blanket. The room was outdated, though it's a cheap motel in a small town. At 4 a.m., some crazy person banged on the hallway doors, and I put six pillows over my head to block it out. It wasn't clean or warm enough for winter. Next time I'm passing through Moses Lake, I'll pay $30 more for a cleaner, warmer room.

The front desk service was amazing, and the hotel accepts pets. There's generic hotel food, which was good, and parking specifically for 18-wheelers, RVs, and trailers. But our room was outdated, with crumbs in my sheets, though my parents' sheets were fine, and hair on the bathroom wall that I wiped off with a tissue. Worst of all, the bathroom door was faulty. My elderly mother got stuck inside until I opened it from the other side.

It took nearly 30 minutes for anyone to come to the front desk and check me in. My first room was advertised as smoke-free but reeked of stale cigarettes. They switched me to another room without a problem, but that one smelled of cigarettes too. The blankets had visible stains, and walking more than 30 steps on the carpet left the soles of my feet black with dirt and whatever else was in there. Even my clothes smelled like old cigarettes after hanging in the closet. I'd strongly suggest staying elsewhere.
