We’ll be back soon! The front desk was helpful, and getting extra towels was no problem. The room was so clean and looked new, with fresh towels and a new shower curtain. The beds were super comfy, too. Wi-Fi and parking were free, and there’s a Starbucks right next door.

The room smelled strongly of smoke, I wasn’t told it was a smoking room, and the cleanliness and condition were disappointing. But the biggest problem was parking. I booked two nights while traveling with a 3-car hauler because free parking was advertised, yet there was no accommodation for a larger vehicle and staff wouldn’t let me park on the property. They wouldn’t even help me find a safe place or let me temporarily use the curb. I spent most of the night driving around looking for somewhere to park, then had to book another hotel so I could rest. Management also refused my request for credit for the night I couldn’t properly stay. There was no flexibility or effort to resolve anything. It was a stressful, frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have a trailer or larger vehicle.

I booked a king suite but got two double beds instead. When I showed them my booking, they said it had been booked wrong, though they wouldn’t charge me extra. Fine, I thought, until I found the AC was broken. And the whole “breakfast” was just Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes.

The shower curtain was the main exception to an otherwise really clean room. It was a little noisy being right off Interstate 20.
