We stay here every time we travel to eastern Washington. It’s centrally placed in wine country, and the rooms are comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. Breakfast is always great.

Really loved this place. We stayed in the jean room, which was super cute, and the bed and tub were great. We’d had amazing tacos from down the street the night before. Breakfast on site the next morning was fabulous: a vegetable and Havarti omelet, bacon, toast, avocado or jam, and fresh fruit. If you need somewhere in the lower Yakima Valley, I don’t know why you’d stay anywhere else. Can’t wait to come back for another night.

I came to Sunnyside Inn for a getaway with other mothers of kids with special needs, and left feeling refreshed. The room was spacious, and the jacuzzi tub was spectacular. The food was delicious too, with the owner cooking a from-scratch breakfast herself each morning. There were incredible views on nearby hikes, and the Mexican restaurant up the street had really yummy tacos.

The Lola room had a queen bed and a separate sun porch room with a twin. My husband snores, but I couldn’t hear him in there. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, and I slept well. The window heating and cooling unit makes noise when it starts up, but I wear earplugs. Plenty of towels in the bathroom, and breakfast was really good. The WiFi was slow.

Our first B&B stay was a lovely one. The place has a cozy mid-century look that I really liked, and the breakfast was amazing. The service was so hospitable, and I’d recommend it to anyone passing through or touring Yakima Valley. It was 90 degrees, so the AC struggled a bit to cool the room all the way. Still, it was manageable for us and our one-year-old.
