The people were very friendly, the rooms were wonderful, clean even under a black light, and the price was right. Still, there are some things to know. It's all stairs, so pack light. During the week, workers stay there, and their heavy boots go up and down the stairs and halls from 6:30 a.m. Get a third-floor room. The bathroom is small, and you have to close the door to reach the toilet paper or sit comfortably. Our sink backed up and needed time to drain. The fridge didn't keep things cold, and milk in its freezer compartment didn't freeze overnight. The breakfast milk was within date but sour, so I threw out my cereal. I suspect that fridge wasn't working either. The “Red” Eco thing is bogus. Everyone wants fresh sheets and towels daily, not every three days.

We stayed four days, and the front desk staff and housekeeping were very nice. Parking was limited, though I know lots of events were happening. The floors made my feet dirty when I walked barefoot. The main issue was the stomping upstairs, which woke me at 5 a.m. every day and continued until about 7. It was my vacation from work, and I really wanted to sleep in. Get a top-floor room, not one on the bottom. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

My wife and I travel to the Seattle area five times a year to visit my parents' burial site, and Moses Lake is our stop on the way back. We've stayed at several hotels here, and this is the cleanest, with great staff. We enjoy our stays, and the full parking lot when we leave says a lot. Great job, Ramada. After a rough experience across the street, the Ramada Inn in Moses Lake was a relief. Chris and Dustin at the front desk welcomed us, were friendly and helpful, and got us checked in quickly with no hassle. We needed a clean, comfortable room after a long day, and that's what we got. Their service made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. If you're in Moses Lake, I recommend the Ramada Inn. Ask for Chris or Dustin, they'll take good care of you.

The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff were really friendly. The furniture could use an update, but the gentleman at the front desk was very nice. For what it cost, I can't complain.
