The rooms were roomy and spotless, and we had everything we needed. The owner was around whenever we had questions, and was always happy to chat about the area or lend a hand. We found Berry Pond Motel online while driving home from Maine, and the place lived up to the lovely reviews. It was clearly cared for, with pretty flowers all around when we arrived. We’re eager to return when we’re nearby and tell friends and family about this little gem. Thanks for everything, Mark!

Friends and family stayed here for a local wedding, and the prices were the best in the area. The place was so clean, and the hospitality was lovely. They even had homemade muffins in the lobby. A++++!

The price was far too high for such old bathrooms. I was so put off that we delayed taking a shower. The owner or manager was sitting in his car instead of the office, so guests couldn't approach him with any problems. The heating worked very well, at least. Ha!
