The staff were all very friendly and personable. Breakfast was terrific and fully stocked, and the pool area was amazing, spacious, and clean, with plenty of towels. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and honestly, I have no complaints. The kids are already asking to stay here on our next trip because they enjoyed the pool so much. We’ll be back!

The front desk staff were very friendly, and the rooms and carpets were exceptionally clean. Breakfast was fresh and hot every morning, too. In my opinion, the hotel and its staff deserve five stars. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel and our room. We had a corner room with two queen beds, and it was very spacious and incredibly clean. The bathroom was lovely, with two sinks, one inside and another outside the bathroom. There was plenty of space for our son’s playpen, and there would have been room for a couple of rollaway beds if we had needed them. For a hotel room, the fridge was pretty large, and there was also a microwave, which came in handy when our son decided he didn’t want his restaurant food. The windows had both a blackout shade and a regular curtain for privacy and to keep the early sun from waking our little guy. The staff were very friendly and kept the breakfast area stocked, topping things up before they ran low and wiping counters as they went. The breakfast options varied by day: Saturday morning was basic, while Sunday had biscuits and gravy. I’m not sure if that’s the usual weekend schedule, but no one in our group had any complaints about the food. The coffee was fresh, there was apple and orange juice, and a large dispenser of ice water. We didn’t get to use the pool because the events that brought us here took up most of our days, but it’s good to know it’s there for our next trip. I also saw a sign for a bowling area, so I assume there’s some kind of game room or bowling alley, though we didn’t get a chance to check it out. If you’re in the area, whether passing through or visiting as a destination, I’d recommend checking room availability and choosing this hotel over the many others nearby. The amenities and price were worth every penny. Thank you for making our stay so great. It’s such a relief to find a clean, friendly place for the weekend. The photos were taken after we’d arrived, so they don’t show what you’ll walk into.

I’ve stayed here several times. It’s a well-run, clean motel, and the rooms have had recent updates. They still haven’t fixed the broken drain stopper in room 108, the whirlpool suite, though. Most hallway noise is blocked out, but the room doors slam loudly, which got annoying while I was trying to enjoy a peaceful bath. I’d give it four stars, but they were stingy about refilling the waffle batter because it was 9:55 a.m. I don’t blame the staff member, who was working alone on a busy Sunday. Management should be better prepared for the 9:30 breakfast rush.

The rooms are lovely and the amenities are excellent for a great price, but there were serious maintenance and cleanliness problems. I live nearby and rented a suite with a hot tub for a romantic night out with my spouse. As soon as we arrived, we found a large, sticky orange stain in the carpet beside the bed. It looked like a spilled drink, perhaps with a dried citrus wedge or another clump of dried pulp. The pulp made it seem clear that the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed since the previous guest. A maintenance worker came up and did his best to spot-clean it, but couldn’t get it all out, so we covered it with a towel. I also found chewing gum stuck in a high-traffic area of the carpet and scraped it out myself with a key. The fireplace didn’t work, or I couldn’t figure out how to operate it; I couldn’t find any instructions. The hot tub’s exhaust fan didn’t work either. When we turned on the water, it immediately began dribbling from behind the faucet onto the floor. There was also hair left in the hot tub by a previous guest, which I scrubbed out with a washcloth before using it. French doors separated the living room and bedroom. We put the baby in the provided pack and play in the living room so he could sleep while we enjoyed the hot tub, but the doors wouldn’t stay latched and kept popping open, waking him up. There was dried urine under the toilet seat when we arrived. All of this ruined the romantic mood, and my spouse went home with the baby to sleep. I probably should have left too, but I wanted to get my money’s worth and ended up soaking in the hot tub alone. I hope this was just a temporary staffing problem, because I liked the suite and would gladly return if I knew everything would be clean and working.
