The staff were extremely kind. My dollar wouldn’t work in the vending machine, and the guy at the desk was very helpful and got us what we needed. Check-in was easy, and the rooms were spotless. I’d give more than five stars if I could. The customer service was 10/10, and I’ll definitely come back.

We stayed here about a week ago. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful at first. The first room we got was quite dirty, with lots of things that needed wiping and surfaces that were really sticky. He gave us another room, but it smelled like cigarettes and had chunks of carpet missing. The kids were tired, and our only other option was the second floor, which wouldn’t work because our oldest is handicapped and there’s no elevator. We asked for air freshener but never got any. Oh well, it’s a place to sleep. We decided not to stay another night. Later, when my wife tried to stay here again because we were having complications with our move and I was just trying to get them off the road, the older owner was very rude. He asked why she was there again if she didn’t like the rooms. He watched her unload our son and struggle to get inside before making his feelings known. I’d also spoken with them on the phone several times before. Don’t stay here; go across the street. The rooms aren’t up to standard anyway, and the level of humanity is sorely lacking.

A friend and I were on vacation. After a bad experience at another hotel, we came to this Days Inn hoping it would at least be better, and it was. All the staff I encountered during our stay were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the beds were made nicely and very clean. Breakfast was pretty good: the bagels were soft, the pancakes from the pancake machine were decent, and the orange juice was decent too. The bathroom area, with the toilet and tub or shower, was smaller than I’m used to, but it was clean and usable. It was nice having the sink separate from the toilet and bath. The location was convenient, roughly equal distance from many things to do, with plenty of places to eat right outside the hotel. McDonald’s is within walking distance. Overall, my experience here was completely positive, with no negatives.

The rooms are wonderfully clean, the beds are very comfortable, and there’s very little noise. The continental breakfast is filling and has a good enough selection. They also have a pancake machine that makes two pancakes in a minute. Amazing!
