On our last day, while we were checking out, our cat got into a bathroom cabinet that couldn’t be opened and was too scared to come out. Checkout time was getting close, so we called the front desk. Faizi, the maintenance guy, and the manager on duty arrived quickly, were incredibly kind, and kept reassuring us that we’d get our cat back and that everything was okay. This was the sweetest and most professional hotel service we’ve ever had. I can’t thank them enough. That was our stay July 19-23rd, 2025. The staff, from morning to late night, were sweet. The pool was clean and parking was easy. It’s easy to reach the highway into Nashville, though a bit out of the way if you want to go out drinking or take excursions. I liked being close to other shopping areas, food, and gas stations. Our room could have been cleaner. There were big food bits behind the bed where our cats could get to them, so we blocked it with pillows. We also found stains on the pillows and bedsheets before using them to block access behind the bedboard. The walls were somewhat thin, and we sometimes heard dogs barking at night, but it’s a pet-friendly hotel, so that’s okay.

The staff made this stay memorable. Mr. and Mrs. Orlando, Kayla, Noah, and especially Kris treated us with warmth, patience, and encouragement. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast, showed sincere care. We’ve stayed at many places, including upscale hotels, but this one stands out for its hospitality and sense of community, not luxury. We’re grateful and would return without hesitation. We came looking for a comfortable place while our home was being renovated, and it became a home away from home. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well maintained, with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the daily breakfast, which gave our family a comforting routine. We even made a few little traditions during our stay. We also appreciated that it’s pet-friendly, so our whole family could stay together.

The pet fee is a little higher than at other hotels, but it was worth it. This was the cleanest pet-friendly place we’ve stayed at, and the soundproofing was great. Plenty of people were there on New Year’s Day, but we didn’t hear noise all night. Our room and the building were clean, spacious, and comfortable. There’s a shopping center next door, and nice neighborhoods across the street with a greenway path that was perfect for walking our dogs. Easily the best stay of our cross-country trip. I’d return and recommend this place to anyone traveling with pets.

I want my earrings back. My kids gave them to me as a gift, and they meant a lot because I nearly died at the end of last year. We were rushing to the hospital because my family and I had the flu and very high fevers. I left the earrings on a large piece of napkin on the desk, after taking them out because my ears were infected. We didn’t expect housekeeping to come in again. They emptied the trash under the desk, and my earrings and the napkin were gone. The toilet seat was left up, so that’s how we knew someone had been in the room. Housekeeping said they didn’t see anything because our suitcase and belongings were there. Why would they enter with all our things around, then take time to steal my earrings? We had to stay much longer than we planned because we were sick and couldn’t travel back to Texas until the doctor cleared us. We spent a lot of time in the hospital trying to get better and couldn’t leave when we wanted to. We were placed at Home 2 Suites in Mt. Juliet, TN, by our apartment complex management after a devastating fire in Hermitage destroyed everything we had. The room was very dirty, the staff rude and unprofessional, and the bathroom nasty. The toilet didn’t work. When we reported it, staff responded nastily, brought us a plunger, and left it as though we were supposed to fix the toilet ourselves. The linens weren’t clean, and there was hair under the pillows. We waited over an hour in the lobby for a new room, only to be put in the same room. The bathroom sink had a hole and leaked all over the clean towels and bathcloths. Noah came in without our knowledge and took something out of the sink, saying it was starting to rust. The TV channels kept going out, too. Noah said he’d refund us for some days but didn’t. We asked him for an incident report, and he stood by the fact that his employees had worked there for a few years. That has nothing to do with the tea in China. We asked Noah for the names of the employees who entered our room, and he said Helbert and Kelly. Why did two housekeepers of opposite sexes need to enter without our knowledge? We contacted the Mt. Juliet police. Hilton staff said we hadn’t been in the room more than 10 minutes. What in the world? We knew someone had entered because of the toilet seat, the trash, and the missing earrings. The GM Noah seems to care more about his staff than Hilton’s customers, the people who help them have jobs and pay them. Think twice before staying here. I strongly suggest you reconsider. Your things don’t seem safe, people don’t seem safe, and Hilton Corporation and the GM seem to care little about customers. The thief is among them, and all this stress isn’t worth it.
