Quality Inn & Suites

We left as soon as it was light out. There was hair from multiple people in the beds, and the bathroom smelled strongly of urine. Since we arrived at 2 a.m., we would have gone somewhere else if we’d had another option. We slept in our clothes and didn’t use the shower or blankets. Dirty, disgusting room. I don’t want to give this hotel even one star.

There was a round hole in our door below the handle, so we stuffed Kleenex into it to keep anyone from seeing into the room. We had two rooms. They were clean, but this is an older motel. The AC and heat units looked new and had clean filters, while the carpet, couch, and chair didn’t look recently cleaned. The accessible room was small, with a narrow path to the bed, and the furniture layout didn’t work well.

The rooms were tiny, about the size of a dorm room or smaller. The living suite was maybe 10x10, barely wide enough for a queen bed and two nightstands and barely long enough for the bed and dresser. I feel sorry for the family of five who checked in before me. How did they fit? I arrived at 1 a.m., and the hotel knew I’d be late. Still, it took 45 minutes for someone to come to the front desk and greet me. He looked high as a kite. The place was poorly maintained, even though it seemed to have had a recent paint job. The paint already needed touching up, and the new wallpaper was peeling off. And do you see the mold in the wallpaper picture? For $79, I could have gotten a lot worse, but I’ve also stayed somewhere better.

After our family lost everything in a devastating fire in Hermitage, our apartment complex management placed us here. The room was very dirty, the bathroom was nasty, and there was hair below the pillows on the unclean linens. The staff were rude and unprofessional. The toilet didn’t work, and when we reported it, they responded nastily, brought a plunger to the room, and left it as though we were meant to plunge it ourselves. We waited over an hour in the lobby for another room, only to be put in the same one. Imagine losing your home and then being treated with such disdain by people whose job is customer service. I would not recommend this hotel even if it were free. The worst.
