Hampton Inn Mt. Pleasant

We've stayed here twice and had a pleasant experience both times. The staff are nice, the rooms are clean, and the location is good. Everything was very clean, though I'd suggest getting rid of the carpet. Highly recommend, A+.

I liked the wall art, and the pillows were much more comfortable than I expected. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, even if some of the amenities weren't the newest. Check-in on the app was quick and convenient for my one-night stay. Only one outlet by the bed was a bit awkward since I wanted to charge my phone and doom-scroll at once, but c'est la vie, maybe that's a plus. A smooth, pleasant stay.

My family was already having a rough time after a house fire, and the staff here were consistently kind and checked whether we needed anything. We absolutely love this hotel in Mount Pleasant. Holiday Inn made us leave because its staff weren't like the people here. I would NOT recommend Holiday Inn to anyone, especially if you're dealing with a house fire or anything similar. You can't go wrong staying here.

03.2026 I've stayed at newer and cleaner Hampton Inns, but this one was workable. The carpet and furniture are getting old, though the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. There were a few stains on the sheet, but that usually doesn't bother me. I noticed they offer free coin laundry. I had a short stay and couldn't use it, but it's a big plus.
