Quality Inn Mount Pleasant

The rooms were very clean and the price was great. In the morning, the customer service was amazing. The woman there had a big smile, a friendly attitude, and made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend this hotel and will come back if I'm in the area.

At least the sheets and bathroom were clean, but the price felt way too high for what you get. The place is run down and outdated, and you have to pay before seeing the room. I called ahead and sat on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. The old elevator made me worry I might get stuck, and the hallways smelled unpleasant. I also saw a staff member yelling at and berating a customer who was asking for clean towels.

I paid $138 for one night while visiting for a concert, and I won't stay here again. The mattresses were so thin they seemed smaller than a futon, and with a cage in my back I couldn't sleep on one. There were bugs in the bathroom, so my friend and I had enough. I've been trying to reach a manager since February 23. It was March 3 when I wrote this, and each time I called, morning or afternoon, he wasn't there. I left a message asking for a call back too. Even the shuttle drivers to the casinos don't recommend this disgusting dump. The elevator smelled like it was burning. Nasty place, don't stay here!

I nearly slept in my car. The room was so small, with a small TV and no Wi-Fi, and everything looked damaged, dirty, and outdated. There was gross brown shag carpet laid over the air unit. I can't believe I paid $209 for a room this bad. Don't stay here.
