Breakfast was better than I expected, and check-in was quick and friendly. The walls are thin, but our neighbors were quiet. My room had been cleaned, though it could've been done more thoroughly. I mainly needed a comfortable bed and somewhere to plug in, and Super 8 covered that. It's handy for Target and nearby restaurants. For a budget stay in Mount Pleasant, I'd give it 7/10 and might book again.

The staff were attentive and the location was great, but the room wasn't quiet at all. I was woken repeatedly by traffic, the AC switching on and off, and doors slamming from other guests. The room itself was nice, though the toilet hadn't been cleaned properly after the previous stay.

The people were nice, but the room still hadn't been cleaned after it was sprayed with chemicals. The chemical smell filled the room, and the spray didn't get rid of the cockroaches either. All seven guests have gotten sick since staying here. Don't do it.

The bed was comfortable and it stayed quiet all night, so I slept well. The place is clean, but it feels old and dreary. I sat in a stained, worn chair, and one drawer was missing its knob. The coffee was just from a machine, not real coffee. I guess a good night's sleep is what matters.

The staff were friendly, and the room was clean. It looked a little dated, but that didn't bother me. Breakfast had waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, apples, bread, milk, and coffee. What did bother me was being told I couldn't take breakfast food back to the room. Why, when people bring in takeout all the time? Do they stop them too?
