I appreciated that the front desk staff were friendly and informative, and I feel bad complaining because I work in hotels too and know how challenging the job can be. But cleanliness is what matters most to me. I booked because the website emphasized it, and my stay didn’t match that. Several towels had hair on them, and when I looked closer, there were dead bugs on towels described as clean and sanitized, so I couldn’t use them. The bedding had hair on it too. I was only there for one night, arrived tired, and didn’t report it then. I was grateful to have a place to sleep, but I hope this feedback helps improve things for future guests.

The rooms have been fully renovated and are extremely comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. I’m so impressed with this lovely little hotel. It was worth driving another hour north instead of staying in Redding. I’m thrilled I chose it and will definitely come back.

The views are lovely in every direction, with Mt. Shasta in the background looking incredible and awe-inspiring. The rooms were clean and the staff were amazing. 10/10, would recommend.

A nice, simple stopover motel. The rooms are small but clean, and the service is friendly and helpful. A good option if you’re traveling with a dog or cat.

Check-out was quick and easy, and they even gave me a few extra minutes, which I really appreciated. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and I was lucky to get one of the last rooms that night. The room was great, and I loved the wall message about the sacredness of water. Mount Shasta’s water really is world-class. The hotel is at the north end of town, very easy to reach or leave from, and the first thing you see when arriving from that direction. Thank you, and I hope to see you all again.
