We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hidden gem. The cottage-style rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the courtyard was a relaxing place to step away for a bit. Breakfast was delicious, too.

We chose the Mount Vernon Inn for my wife's birthday getaway because it was close to the Kokosing Gap Trail and looked nice online. It exceeded our expectations when we arrived, and we wished we'd planned a longer visit. Kate was great, and both the breakfast and staff were wonderful. Our room was clean and comfortable, with downtown just a short walk away for cocktails and dinner. We'll definitely be back.

A friend and I met up for one night at this beautiful, quiet inn, and we both wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. There's an enclosed garden with paths and tables, plus cozy places to sit inside the main house. I'd stay again!

A perfect overnight stop for cyclists using the Rail Trail. The courtyard gardens are amazing, and the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Fantastic breakfast, too.

We had a great stay and spent lots of time with friends and family in the beautiful gardens. The staff couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. This is the place.
