For the price, it was an okay stay, and I would come back. Next time, though, I’m bringing my own towels, disinfecting wipes, and sandals for the shower and floors. The bed sheets had been changed, but the white towels were stained, maybe with blood. The vinyl floors hadn’t been swept or mopped. I wiped one and it came up black with grime. The tub was black, there was black mold on its tiles, and the floor by the toilet smelled strongly of urine.

We were so grateful to find this place after our previous hotel canceled. The front desk treated me and my family really well and helped us out. Our room was pretty nice for an average room, and I checked for bed bugs and found none. We’d forgotten body wash, and they gave us extra soap and shampoo for free. It’s right beside Walmart, Target, gas stations, and McDonald’s. 100/10, I recommend it!

The AC was already on when I arrived, which felt great after a day of driving, and the TV worked. The neighbors were fine, but the showers only had cold water. I was visiting from out of town, and a friend picked this place because it was near their house. The room was messy, with brown liquid stains on the walls, holes, and cracks in the floor. The sheets were stained too, and I found hair under the covers, so I don’t think they’d been washed. Thankfully, I didn’t see any bed bugs, despite worrying about them after reading reviews. It wasn’t a terrible stay, but the cleaning needs to improve.

I’ve stayed at your property several times, and the front desk staff have always been nice and helpful. The manager/owner is the exception. Today I called to see if he’d match the online rate so I could book directly through the hotel and help them out. He quoted a higher rate than I paid last time and demanded a $50 deposit. That’s outrageous. He was rude and doesn’t seem to care about guests. People I know who have stayed there have said much the same. I’m very upset and disappointed.
