Baymont by Wyndham Murfreesboro

The room was clean and nicely presented, with a great amount of space and storage. We’re glad we took a chance on this place. The staff were amazing, especially Jenny, the manager on duty, who was welcoming and very informative with my family and me.

I guess they just don’t care. I stayed in room 228 last week, and my experience was confusing and unpleasant. The hotel advertised a hot breakfast, but there was nothing hot, unlike at your other hotel in Manistee. On the morning of February 20, a staff member was rude and unprofessional. She told me there was no breakfast food to take to my room. I said I was putting the waffle in my car, then going back for my things before leaving. She locked me out, so I had to return to the desk to get my key reactivated. I asked them not to charge the $20 fine, and was told they’d investigate and let me know. I’d had a cart out dinner from Arby’s, by the way. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it, and her tone was very rude. I found your card on the counter and replied, “Thank you,” then left. I believe she locked me out on purpose. You have security cameras everywhere, so there was no reason for her to act that way. I’m asking for a full refund because the breakfast advertisement was misleading. How you deal with the rude, unprofessional staff is up to you. You have my address and phone number in your system. Please respond in writing before I post a review. Zero response, and lying.

We travel for work and have stayed in several Beaumont locations. This was the cleanest and nicest one we’ve tried, with comfortable beds and pillows and a good breakfast with plenty of choices. We really needed a fridge and microwave, though, and there weren’t any.

The lobby looked beautiful when I came in to book a room on 07-10-26, but the receptionist was rude and had a poor attitude. I asked whether service animals were allowed, and she said yes if I provided proof. Since it’s illegal to ask for that, I left and booked somewhere else. While I stepped away to check prices on my phone, I heard how rudely she spoke to the man who came after me too. She needs some lessons in hospitality etiquette.
