There were only enough towels for two, and I had to go retrieve those as well as bedding for the sleeper. The sleeper had dog hair all over it and the room smelled like a dog, which really bothered my allergies. We had reserved two queens and a sleeper for five, but the beds weren't queen and full sized. Breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30, yet at 8:05 there was nothing to eat, so we had to spend extra money to get breakfast. The bananas were brown.

My client booked and paid for this reservation a month ahead, and nobody tried to find me another hotel. I arrived a little after 12:30 AM because my flight was delayed, gave my name to the leisurely-looking guy at the desk, and was told my reservation had been canceled because they were out of rooms. He immediately blamed the third-party booking site. He said those sites never check availability and that the hotel had been full for over a week. First lie: third-party reservations are done online through the hotel's portal, so they don't need to call to verify. Only fourth-rate motels need calls to confirm availability. Second lie: I'd been there four days earlier to set up the event I was now back to pack up, so I knew they hadn't been completely booked for a week. Read the reviews before booking.

I stayed May 2- May 4 2025, and found bed bugs the first night. I was eight months pregnant and couldn't sleep at all. They said no other rooms were clean, and housekeeping wouldn't arrive until 11 the next day, so we had nowhere else to go and I had to stay awake until then. Can you believe they charged me for that night? I wasn't asking for the whole stay back, just that one night, but they never refunded it. I called several times over the following weeks and kept being told they were working on it. Grasha, you'd better not still be working here. You deserve a better job. God bless you, I love you but hate this hotel. I believe you can do amazing things. Go do them. Praying for you.

The maintenance man is so fun, stopping to chat with customers and check that everything's okay. The women at the front desk are amazing too, always friendly and helpful.
