Brima and Emily turned a stressful night into a really comfortable stay. Brima was welcoming and helpful every time we needed something, and Emily quickly showed us an empty room when we asked to see it before booking. We’d just left a nearby hotel after finding our room dirty, so that reassurance meant a lot. The property is new, and our room was spotless and well cared for. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a full-size fridge, new toaster, wine opener, and even a stovetop popcorn maker. We also appreciated that dogs are welcome. We were in town to see family and will stay here again.

Breakfast was a pleasure thanks to Shay, who kept things clean and stocked and checked whether we needed anything. She was friendly and quick to help. The whole team, Brenda, Brima, Cheryl, and Shay, made my daughter and me feel welcome. Brenda patiently handled a change to my reservation a few days before we arrived and sent the confirmation again. Cheryl answered all my questions about the latest check-in time without rushing me. When I called because I was running late, Brima told me to drive safely and said he’d see me when I got there. His warm, professional welcome set the tone for the stay. Everyone was kind to my daughter and me. It’s rare to find a team this helpful, and I’ll definitely come back and recommend the hotel.

There are plenty of shops within walking distance, plus lots of different restaurants nearby. We found the staff friendly and welcoming, and our room was very clean and well equipped. We were in town for Bonnaroo, an easy 35-minute drive on the freeway, and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The location worked really well for my work trip, with a wide range of restaurants nearby and everything I needed close at hand. Staff were welcoming and kept things running smoothly. I stayed six nights at the TownePlace Suites in Murfreesboro, and the whole property was clean and well maintained throughout. I’ve worked in restaurant management, so I pay close attention to hospitality and sanitation, and this place met my standards. I’d recommend it.

That kitchen made the suite especially handy for our stay, and we liked being able to choose feather or regular pillows. The room was spacious, comfortable, modern, and spotless. It felt like a home away from home, which is just what we wanted for more than a night or two. Sheryl and Brima were attentive from the start, always warm and professional whether we had a quick question or wanted recommendations. The rest of the staff made us feel at home too. TownePlace Suites by Marriott is going to be our regular choice when we visit the area. It’s also within walking distance of In-n-Out 🤤
