Murphys Inn Motel

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the pool was perfect. The staff were very friendly, too, and the motel is in a great spot for a lovely weekend in Murphys. I couldn’t get the TV connected to the internet, though that may have been my fault. I didn’t ask anyone for help with it. Still, a good experience!

I’m really particular about beds, so I was thrilled by how comfortable the bed and pillows were. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in a budget hotel. The room was super clean, and there were HBO and other good movie channels. Very happy with my stay!

Shannon is an absolute doll. On our latest trip, she went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. We’ve stayed in several rooms here, and each time they’ve had a fridge, microwave, and coffee. You might want to check whether that’s standard, since we may just have been lucky each visit. We’ve come back to this hotel every time we’ve visited Murphys, and we’ll keep staying here because they’ve never let us down. Most of the town’s activity is within walking distance. After a long day of drinking, it can feel like a hike, but it’s actually a pretty walk. Highly recommend it!

Jeanine at the front desk went out of her way to help with our specific needs and offered wonderful suggestions for things to see. She did it all with a smile, even though they were short staffed. Our two rooms were clean and quiet, and each had a microwave and a fairly large mini-fridge. We stayed at Murphys Inn for two nights during a two-week road trip with our three kids, one of them an infant. We’d definitely stay again.
