The room was really clean, especially the bathroom, and it even had a fan. Service was five stars from the call I made to change our reservation through the midnight check-in and the easy text checkout. We were in town for our daughter's college softball games, with the fields just around the corner and our usual coffee stop, 7 Brew, nearby. We'll definitely stay again when we come to Murray state.

Our updated suite was surprisingly well done and very clean, with two big-screen TVs, a microwave and a fridge. Being able to park right outside the door was handy, too. We also really enjoyed the full hot breakfast with eggs and sausage. Some pricier places only offer continental breakfast. We hadn't stayed at a Best Western for years, and the outside-facing suite doors initially put us off, but the room changed our minds. The main downside was the location on highway 641, which runs through college-town Murray. Cars and trucks seemed to race up and down all day and night, and it was really loud. There was a pocket door between the bedroom and front room, but it had been nailed open, so we couldn't shut it to block some noise. Other than that, we enjoyed Best Western University. Great price and suite, bad location.

We came back to Best Western after staying there for homecoming two years ago. The rooms seemed to have been updated since then and were really nice. Trisha at the front desk was welcoming and so nice. My boyfriend said the breakfast was great, too. No complaints, and we'll stay here again.

Clean rooms, fresh fluffy laundry, standard breakfast choices, and plenty of parking. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the price was affordable. We'll make this our regular place whenever we come to Murray. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

They're remodeling, and we got one of the updated rooms. Everything was great. A couple of small things came up, but I told the front desk and they were fixed right away. I'd recommend it as an affordable, convenient spot when we visit friends nearby.
