The garden is full of beautiful plants, and spending time by the pool with the inlet view and gentle outdoor music made for a relaxing escape. Jennifer and Adam have thought through the details, from their kindness as hosts to a breakfast that was far better than standard fare. We found this wonderful bed and breakfast during the pandemic, when we'd all been missing travel, and it was just the getaway we needed. We can't wait to come back.

We came to Waterside Retreat for a peaceful minimoon after our wedding, before heading back to the UK, and it was everything we'd hoped for. Jennifer and Adam welcomed us right away and made us feel at home. The house is beautifully furnished and every room feels carefully decorated. Even the towels were so lovely that my husband didn't want to use them! We loved the food, the pool, the sunrise views, and evenings by the fire. Thank you, Jennifer, Adam, and Autumn, for such wonderful hospitality. We're already planning another visit to your tranquil Murrells Inlet Bed and Breakfast.

Looking out at the water from our bedroom window each morning was heavenly. Jennifer's gardening has helped turn this older home, with its lovely water views, into a showplace. She and Adam were thoughtful hosts for our 54th anniversary, making sure we had what we needed, from afternoon wine and cheese to upscale toiletries. They also suggested things to do and places to eat. Breakfast was outstanding, and we hope to return soon.

For our honeymoon, my husband and I found a wonderful spot at this Murrells Inlet Bed and Breakfast. Adam and Jennifer made us feel like old friends, and the rooms were pristine, with beautiful views of the Murrells Inlet sunrise. The food was delicious, and even in March, the pool and its view were a lovely way for a Canadian like me to relax and clear my head. Waterside Retreat felt like an oasis, and we were already looking forward to coming back before we even left. Thank you both for an amazing honeymoon.

The house is comfortable, the setting and view are idyllic, and the cheerful landscaping and flowers are a treat. We enjoyed the tasty food and found all the amenities top notch. Jenn and Adam are easy-going and friendly, and we liked chatting with them during our stay. We understand the five-star reviews, and would give six stars if we could. We'll definitely visit Waterside Retreat again and hope to bring friends next time.
