We got complimentary chili when we arrived, which we enjoyed. The breakfast staff took good care of us, and there was plenty of room in the dining area with TVs. The hotel was clean and nice, the bed was comfortable, and everything in our room worked properly. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast had waffles, fruit, toast, eggs, meat, yogurt, and cereal, and it all tasted great. I was in room 302 on the top floor, so I didn't hear anyone above me, and the room was really clean. The bathroom felt a little luxurious, with a large shower. The bed was extremely comfortable, and there were no bed bugs. I only stayed one night, but the clean pool and hot tub were great. Especially good for families.

We stayed Monday night, my first visit to this location. The front desk gentleman was professional and very nice. I travel a lot and stay at Choice hotels, and this was one of the nicer ones I've been to. The bathroom looked more modern than most I've seen in a while. I'd come back if I were in the area.

The room's cleanliness and how friendly the staff were both surprised us. When we're in Yakima, this property will be our place to stay. Keep up the great work, Comfort Suites.

I left an item there and was told they'd hold onto it. I wasted time and money driving back to Yakima, only to be told it was gone. Completely unprofessional. I'll be contacting a manager and corporate services.
