Oxford Suites Yakima

Our room was quiet and squeaky clean, with a comfortable bed, great pillows and linens, and a strong hot shower. We had a lovely stay overlooking the river. Check-in staff were really friendly. There was a laundry room downstairs and a bar and restaurant we didn't have time to visit, unfortunately. We'd definitely return.

The location made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and the hotel still felt like a peaceful place to come back to at day's end. Staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly from check-in through checkout. The room was spotless, comfortable, and nicely designed, with thoughtful touches that made it feel relaxing and luxurious. Amenities were well maintained and easy to use. The atmosphere mixed elegance with comfort, and it seemed clear that care goes into giving guests a good experience. This was one of my best hotel stays, and I'd absolutely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

My daughter loved the pool and hot tub, and the room was comfortable with super-comfy mattresses. Staff were friendly and helpful when I booked and checked in. I used e-checkout, so I didn't interact with staff for that part. The hotel is conveniently near restaurants, diners, and shopping, and best of all, it's next to the river and a fantastic walking path. Our first night was a bit noisy because we were right across from the first-floor elevator. Nothing terrible or unruly, just more noise than expected. It looked like the hotel may have had one or two events that Saturday, including one with kids. The next morning, there was repeated heavy running in the room above us, which stopped after the other guests checked out. The remaining two days were quiet all around. After that first night, I got what I thought was an automated text asking me to rate the night, so I sent a shorter version of this feedback. I was surprised to get a reply apologizing and offering to find us another room. That was thoughtful and much appreciated, but we chose to stay in the original room.

A quiet small suite and a balcony overlooking the river made for a lovely stay. The complimentary drinks and breakfast buffet were an unexpected bonus. From the kind, efficient front desk service to the clean, well-appointed room, the whole experience was first rate. I've stayed in several hotels in Yakima, and this was the best I've experienced. 10/10, I'd stay again.
