The staff and service were professional, and they didn't disturb me or my guest. I found it online, and the price was affordable. Breakfast is included, though it could use more sausage and bacon. The location wasn't my favorite: there's no ATM, so getting cash means going to the store next door, and if you're from out of the area that may feel uncomfortable. Meijer's is also a bit out of the way. I'd give it four and a half stars, but rounded up to five for the staff, service, and hotel atmosphere.

The room was always damp and smelled musty, like mold. The AC didn't work and the windows barely opened. Breakfast was below par, and I had a major problem with the staff, who were rude. If they block you from renting, they won't explain why. I ended up canceling my reservation, and I'm still waiting for my money because they refuse to refund it. Don't go here.

The city shut off the water for repairs, and the staff handed out free bottles. The rooms were clean and bug-free, and the staff were great.

I came for a Muskegon event and stayed Thursday through Sunday. The staff greeted me promptly and were very willing to help with accommodations. The room had comfortable beds, effective AC, dark blackout blinds, and good lighting. Rates were affordable, and it was near lots of Muskegon landmarks. I'll definitely be back, thanks. There were some issues, though: the walls were thin enough that I could hear several neighbors, and the noise continued late into the night. I returned around 1:30 AM one night and could still hear the commotion. The parking lot was minimally lit. In the bathroom, I found a sticker from a men's large boxer brief on the wall and a woman's false strip eyelash stuck to the shower curtain. The room smelled strongly of urine, and the tub drained verrrrry slowly, so my shower accidentally turned into a bath.
