The staff were friendly, but the room was gross. There was mold and heavy soap scum in the shower, plus hair in it and dirt in the corners, so it clearly hadn't been cleaned. The bedding was torn, too. We arrived late and exhausted, so we didn't complain or ask for another room. We got out as quickly as we could and barely used the bathroom. I wouldn't stay here or at this chain again.

The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything. Our non-smoking room, room 87, smelled strongly of marijuana, which ruined the stay. They wouldn't move us to another room with a king bed, but also wouldn't discount the room because of the experience. Expedia even tried to get our money refunded, but they refused. The place was in BAD shape. In 22 years, this was the 3rd worst stay I've had. Use caution. Good luck if you get room 87, it smelled like they'd hot boxed in there for a week straight.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and several are an easy walk away. The front desk staff were great, and the housekeeping was some of the best I've encountered. The building is older, but it's cared for more than adequately. Good price and decent accommodations.

The grounds looked really nice outside, but the hotel felt sketchy and smelly, and I didn't feel safe. The rooms seemed only half remodeled, which made them really weird. There were drug marks and stains on the counters, and the shower was filthy.
