Savannah Shores 9730 Leyland Dr unit 4 - 2 Br Condo

This is my third visit over the years, and both the other guests and locals have always been friendly. The pool is lovely, with lots of space and seating, and there are several gas grills you can use for free. It's close to the beach and shopping, a good option if you don't need to stay right on the sand.

This is a private residential condo development, not a hotel. All the units are privately owned, and some are rented short term through Airbnb or Vrbo. Short-term guests should know that many residents live here full time.

We rented a homeowner's condo for the week and found it very clean, with easy access to the beach and shops. I liked that it was a gated community. The large pool was a great place for an evening swim, with plenty of seating and gas grills. There's also a playground for younger kids, tennis and volleyball courts, and a gym. The other homeowners in our building were very nice. I highly recommend it.

My daughter and her husband just bought a unit here. It's a bright subdivision with lots of neighborly interaction. There's an electric vehicle charging station, and it even has a car wash. I think we'll spend more time here as the years go by.
