Mike Vajdik at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Melina in the club lounge was just as warm and engaging, and they both made my stay better. The rooms were fine. The convention center is pretty old and could use a facelift, but getting there from the airport was a quick, easy ride.

We were in town for an event at the attached convention center, and the hotel was clean and nice. We’d booked a king bed but were given a room with two full beds instead. The lighting was also poor throughout the room, especially in the bathroom. If you need to do your makeup, plan on using your phone flashlight.

Everything was well organized, from the catered meals to the seating, and the food was prepared well. The hotel worked great for a conference. Staff were courteous and professional, and the rooms were quiet, clean, and roomy, with a bathroom where everything worked. It’s a 15-minute walk to the beach and 15-30 minutes from several places to eat.

The microwave being out in the hallway was a pain, and the Wi-Fi charge was even worse. The website says Wi-Fi is free, but we were billed extra after entering our room number to connect. I wanted to warn people before they book. Every other hotel I've stayed at has included Wi-Fi. Feels like they’re taking our hard-earned money for no reason.

We came for a conference at the Convention Center, and the room was really nice. Loved the bathroom and the beds were amazing. The ocean isn’t right nearby, but it’s about a 10-minute walk.
